Sycamore Bend Park is a great little park located in Hickory Creek. If you are looking for a quiet out-of-the way park or campgrounds this is it. There is an electronic pay station as you go in, but there is not a gate. The park includes a nice boat ramp, a good sized swimming area, picnic tables, and plenty of trees for shade.  Campsites are first come, first serve.

There are also some campgrounds located in the back of the park that look perfect for people that want to get away from it all. There are picnic tables and fire rings.

No running water or electricity at the campsites.

There is also a nice hiking trail in the park for exploring.

This is a great park that we highly recommend. If you are looking for a nice place to spend the day or camp on the west side of Lake Lewisville, this is a great spot.

Note: all fees are subject to change without notice. Please check with the parks directly or with the gate attendants for all official pricing.
